Innovation and and comfort were at the heart of this exciting project, helping IHOP, expand into smaller retail footprints while maintaining the essence of their brand. I created an environment where guests could experience the signature pancakes and copper urns of coffee that they love, but in a more compact space. My team created a new name, identity, packaging system and decor that updated the presented the Cafe as an update to the original in a fresh and exciting way.
