Few match this challenge like the rebranding of Canadian Airlines where the goal was to seamlessly align multiple consumer touch points in the 'street to seat' journey. From curbside check-in to ticketing, lounges, and cabin interiors, I created a cohesively branded experience that inspired customer loyalty and trust.
